2012: Raced in five events as a first-year runner…opened his cross country career with a 38:48 effort in the Rivier University Invitational on September 21st…posted a personal-best 33:08 time in the ECAC Championship on November 3rd…also competed in the Keene State College Invitational, Maine State Championship and GNAC Championship meets.

High School: Ran two years of track and field and one year of indoor track at Xaverian Brothers High School for Chris Heaton...broke 60 seconds his sophomore year in the 400 meter race...also played football.
